Miss Ryleigh is a university student at the University of Regina, currently working toward her goal of becoming a dentist through the Pre-Dentistry program. Alongside her academic pursuits, Ryleigh has spent the last eight years immersed in the world of competitive dance with Dance Dimensions, where she trained in a variety of styles and developed a deep appreciation for the discipline, artistry, and joy that dance brings.
For the past two years, Ryleigh has also worked as an assistant at Twin Lakes community association where she found her passion for teaching and mentoring younger dancers. Her time assisting allowed her to connect with students on a personal level, support their growth, and gain valuable experience in fostering a fun, focused, and inclusive learning environment.
Now stepping into her first year as a teacher with Shimmy Shuffle & Shake Dance Company, Ryleigh is beyond excited to share her knowledge and love of dance with a new generation of performers. She’s known for her creativity, warm personality, and her natural ability to make children feel seen, supported, and inspired. Whether she’s helping a dancer nail their first turn or encouraging them to step outside their comfort zone, Ryleigh is committed to making every moment in the studio meaningful and full of joy.
